Teatro La Fenice probably is one of the most known theatres all over the world by its elegance and majesty. It has been built in 1790 but it has burned and been rebuilt twice more. Nowadays is the setting for numerous plays, including 16 symphony concerts, ballet and nine operas.
In March will run “Rigoletto” by Giuseppe Verdi, opera in three acts, directed by Diego Matheuz and “Midsummer Night’s Dream” the famous play by William Shakespeare in July.
Do not miss the 2011 New Year’s Concert directed by Daniel Harding, which will begin with an orchestral part to reach the traditional Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi.
